The Municipal Art Society is hosting a panel on careers in urban conservation:

New York City is home to many academic institutions, a large number of which have strong conservation and urban studies programs. This panel discussion will engage with this “next generation” by bringing together a panel of practitioners to discuss careers in urban conservation. Panelists include practitioners who understand and interact with nature in the many ways that it impacts communities in New York City. Our guests will discuss how, where, and why they got involved in greening cities.

The panel is from 6:30 to 8 PM on Monday 3/13 at the MAS Urban Center (457 Madison Ave bet 50th & 51st Sts). RSVP to rsvp@mas.org.
