“Youngsters from Earth” – Sustainable Development interviews throughout the world

For people who don’t have plans for this summer yet, and feel like travelling, well, all over the world, talking to strangers about sustainable development, this is for you!

Jerome Lachaze, the organizer, writes:

This project is based on Young People (18 to 30 years old) involved in Sustainable Development interviews throughout the world in order to publish them. Young People studying or working actively in NGO’s or companies in a Sustainable Development department.To collect those witnesses, 2 members of the project will travel from June 2006 until June 2007 around the world in order to meet young people.
So as to prepare this travel, I ask you herebye if you you are wishing to be part of this project and if meetings could be schedule.

They should be travelling in the follofwing countries, but are also planning to be in New York for CSD 14 in May 2006 and in Nairobi in November 2006 for UNFCCC COP12.

April 2006 : Germany
May 2006 : New York
June 2006 : England
July 2006 : Norway, Sweden
August to November 2006 : South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Tanzania, Kenya
November 2006 to January 2007 : India, Nepal, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philipines, Japan
January and February 2007 : Australia and New Zealdn
February and March 2007 : USA and Canada
March to June 2007 : Venezuela, Brasil, Argentina, Peru, Chile
June 2007 : Portugal, Spain
